I am thinking that I need to go back into therapy and try something different. I had psychotherapy 6 years ago for a year, have had counselling several times since then, went to a psychotherapist whom I didn't really like last year (after my BP diagnosis).....so now am stuck as to who would be the best professional to see. A psychologist or just a counsellor? I need help with ironing out my anxiety issues and depression and just offload a lot of crap basically.
