Oh I had ok sleep but also had a nightmare except it was dumb.  It was that I forgot to return 3 disks to the Redbox and we got 3 nasty letters saying they were billing me $1000 for each disk. I kept insisting I returned them but then found them on my mom's old coffee table. Anxiety dream about Redbox.... Ugh.

yea i musta had a cleaning 6 months ago. i got the call for the appt out of the blue. i started panicking when they were cleaning my teeth. i had a bit of an anxietty attack. and then i almost threw up in the car. im ok now.
