And ultimately it is up to you to decide if both ap's are best. You have the right to titrate off of one if you want to see how it goes.

Plus your lamictal is still low. You may indeed feel better as it increases. I wish she hadn't said that to you before you even knew if lamictal would help. That's not very professional.
