I think there is a fair chance that the lamictal will start to work. It doesn't usually have antidepressant effects below 100mg, I don't think, so it's normal that it hasn't started to work yet. You've just got to give it some time.

You might want to try swapping out the Geodon for an AP with antidepressant effects, like Zyprexa or Seroquel.
