Wellbutrin is less likely to flip a person into mania than the SSRIs or SNRIs. Maybe you could try that? But like others have said, your lamictal dose is very low, so it would probably make sense to get that to a therapeutic level before adding anything new. Also, Seroquel is more sedating at lower doses than at higher doses. I hope the next pdoc is better for you.
