I have as religion is a huge part of our family. Hubby grew up in a strong Catholic family. T knows I converted and that my kids are/have attended Catholic school so we have discussed the financial strain this has put on our family. Also T knows I have a difficult time allowing my kids to spend the night away from home..My 2 oldest have gone to weekends or even weeks away both in and out of state. She has helped me work through it. Also, she has often mentioned finding strength in my religion.

Most importantly though I have discussed that recently have had a very difficult time with the whole religion thing. However, I have one kid who wants to be a priest, my kids are all alter servers and hubby and I provide communion at mass...so it is a struggle feeling fake.

I know T is not Catholic only because she once mentioned her religion once in general communication. She has never tried to change me or persuade me in any way. I have also not really gotten into discussions of Catholicism just more in general.
