Plenty of times haha. If it comes out of nowhere I think to myself how ridiculous it is and try to figure out where it's coming from and usually just end up making myself frustrated. Sometimes I just listen to sad music and let it out (which is a nice break). And sometimes I suck it in and say "not right now" and try to keep moving. It's really annoying most of the time and has a bad habit of interfering at awkward moments :/
