Hey there fellow students

I have just discovered I have a fairly big problem with studying one of my psych units this term - any ideas would be very appreciated!

There is an essay worth 40% which is on a topic that was part of my trauma....at this stage with my PTSD avoidance, I don't even want to read anything about it - just reading the title has sent me outside for a ciggie.

Has anyone had and overcome anything like this?
