yeah, i went like nearly 2 months without any for of SH, then for some reason, i duno what, i guess somik really got to me, i found myself doing it. its the middle of summer, im going to spain in a weeks time, ,and im walking around in a long sleeved shirt. why am i so weak?!!

anyhow, i am proud of the two months (alomst) that i did go without it, and even when i slipped up it was not extremely bad, kept away from hospital, didnt need any treatment, it was jkust ucky, but i took care of it, now mum is so worried tho, she knows i used to SH but we have never ever spoke about it, and she knows im struggling at the moment, im gona have to tell her soon cos i cant wear long sleeves in spain! ARGH!!!
