Any one that have been sexually abused understands..................... so VENT until you can VENT no more!!!

I often go for a drive with all windows rolled up and music blasting - then I scream to my hearts content and I verbally say any thing I need to release.... and the good thing is that my present mood effects no one and I feel a whole lot better after wards.
