So you are taking a high dose of Abilify that has an AD property in only a minority of cases, a medium dose of Geodon which does not have such properties in most cases, and a negligible dose of Lamictal which has AD properties, but at a higher dose. It sounds like the pdoc is only intent on preventing mania.
