I am glad to hear you are doing better today. I have experienced these symptoms myself, it is the anxiety that is causing this, also why you want to take a nap too. You can help with this by meditating or doing something mundane which will slow down the build up of cortisol that is bringing on these symptoms. Once you get that to stop and dissipate, you will find it easier to concentrate and not be tired too.
