Hi Jamesie, I don't have much to offer, but I know there's more for your life than what you're experiencing now. It could be right around the corner, even - an improvement, that is. Do you have any friends or other family you could talk to? I really recommend you look for someone who can support you, whether it be a friend, therapist, clergy member, or support group. I think I saw in another post that you haven't tried medicine or therapy? If so, please consider them. If you press on I bet there will come a time where you can look back to now and be really glad you fought this monster.
