I had such a hard time getting out if bed this morning too. Terrible anxiety. Should have just stayed home.

I am so sorry you had to experience this incident, and I hope that you feel better soon. Just reading your original post traumatized me -- I can't imagine what it must have been like to have actually been there. Keep us posted on how you're doing, and take care of yourself.
