Think really hard about what you want from therapy. What type of therapist, what sort of outside contact, how they would respond to A,B,C.. what training they have, etc
Basically draw up a wish list, no matter how unlikely you think things are to ask for and try and find a therapist that matches as many things on the list as possible. I think you'll just know on a gut level when you find the right one.
