Zinco, I started these meds around the same time that I stopped drinking alcohol. I think that the sobriety has something to do with it. I know that I used to sleep well with a "night-cap"...I'm at the point where I want to trash the meds and start drinking again. Not sure what to do, but I don't see the difference between taking ambien or drinking three beers a day...
