I am sorry that you are hitting a low point at this time. I am very glad that you are letting someone help you through at this time. I understand that you can not afford therapy at this time. There is another alternative though a general practitioner MD. can give you medication for depression and possibly refer you to a therapist in the area and help you get low cost or no cost mental health treatment for your depression. There are possibly support groups in your area as well that you can attend so you feel less alone.
