Hello Everyone!
I just started exposure therapy with my psychologist on Tuesday. I've been stuck with extreme anxiety since we started it. I know it is supposed to help, but I'm a nervous wreck. I meet with my Psychiatrist next Tuesday and am going to see if we can increase my anxiety med. However, I know that part of the treatment is to sit with the uncomfortable feeling to know that you will be o.k. Unfortunately, it has been three days, and I don't feel o.k. Ugg!!
Any suggestions?
