Yeah for schizotypal you get delusions but don't have the same fixed nature as in sz/psychosis...so someone tells you it's not true and gives you proof you probably think yeah that's right but with sz you could tell me dragons don't exist and I would just ignore that reality and suggest that you are in fact in on it with the dragons. No proof of dragons? Well there's no proof they don't exist either. When we look at ancient paintings of emperors text we assume they existed why not dragons they are represented in numerous cultures historically plus I KNOW THEY EXIST because they've been talking to me remotely through ugh a telepathic connection. OCD is more like I hit a bump in the road and I can't get over the fact that I might have just run over someone..you know it's something that could have actually happened but could be unlikely while the delusions are so unlikely as to be considered impossible.
