Since, I am still minor, what will she do if I tell her about my suicidal thoughts, & that I'm actually contemplating, & have a plan? I've heard a few things, & it really scares me. I do really want to tell her but, I just get really fearful.
She will likely need to involve your parents and will probably give you some choices as to how you want that to happen. She might arrange for you to be assessed by a psychiatrist (or your family physician) to consider whether meds might be helpful for you. She will probably arrange for you to have some ongoing, regular therapy. I think it's unlikely that she'd send you right to the emergency room or anything like that.

Change is very scary even when you're moving in the right direction. It is scary to tell someone about your depression for the first time. It's a big leap or faith. But I think, especially since your parents are loving and supportive, that you are going get the help you need to start feeling better.
