I'm not commenting on the alcohol...but my sleep pattern is still the same...I stayed up til 11pm just so I might sleep later. Once again up at 4am per usual for last 2 wks. I decided I wasn't going to be depressed...I'm trying very hard and now it's spilling over into my sleep. What to do?
