((((((Krisakira)))))I hear your frustration and can relate to it as well. I just met with the doctor and and was told that if could keep the calories around 1000-1200 a day would be enough to keep metabolism going, burning fat, without going into starvation mode, which shuts metabolism down and does not get enough energy to our brains or muscles to survive. At 330 it is too low to be healthy and can do more harm than good. Please stay safe, you owe it to yourself to take good care of you!

How is the exercising going? I have only been going in spurts. It has been hard to stay motivated with it. I stop for periods lately but then know I can pick it up again. It is hard but then I remember how this is the biggest boost to metabolism even more so than eating less, which is best in combination, but I see the difference in my weight with even this alone. It is also better for our hearts as well and cardiovascular system with carrying so much extra weight to stave off other illness.

Please take good care of you with good food choices or portion sizes, and stay healthy in the process. You and your body deserve nothing less. Hang in there! If have a bad day, know you can change things the next, or even the with the next meal choices, or to pick up a chance to exercise the next. It is not all or nothing, it is a step by step process. You CAN do this!
