I'm mostly content with my improvements, but I do get frustrated when I have setbacks. I'm learning to forgive those setbacks though as they are mostly bipolar related now and largely beyond my realm of control. I think the ability to "forgive" those setbacks, learn from them, and move forward is important. I have to remind myself of the many years I stayed stuck or even moved backwards and give myself credit due for finally and fairly consistently moving forward now.
