I am sorry you are feeling depressed. I know what you mean though, I avoided this forum when I was feeling very good(maybe hypomanic)--I was afraid I might "catch"someone else's depression. Then I was feeling depressed myself and felt like I didn't have the right to come after ignoring the forum. Now I am feeling a little better again...so we'll see.
