I agree with them too. I am not able to help you; a therapist would most certainly be able to help you out but I do have certain things that help me stay together and I haven't looked at them for while because I know I am capable.
I can tell you are not happy with yourself and that is what screws people up and then they think that others are just as ridiculous.
Nobody is perfect and I think being imperfect is a great life to live because it would most likely be boring.
When you are able to get yourself under control then I would recommend looking into self help books. Books about
: Assertiveness, Mindfulness, Wisdom and so on...
