I'm well acquainted with the feeling. It's usually with me. The lesson I've learned since I've had depression is that it's all up to me to dry my own tears and try to live in a place where "I am enough." When we reach that place, we can then accept more freely the people that come into our lives to enrich them. If we lose them by any means, we know that we can still go on.
