I really don't know because I do the exact same thing.

The only thing I can even say is to do what you/we are doing right now...and that is being on this site conversing in some form with people. It may not be of any comfort to you to know that other people are going through the same thing at the same time as you, but it is to me.

I know that's not the right answer...I'm 20 and inexperienced so don't be too harsh on me.

Sorry my concentration is really bad right now, I struggled 15 minutes to write this and it's still fragmented and seemingly incoherent. Just know that at least I feel for ya.
