I am very treatment resistant to meds and therapy as well. I am somehow trying to find a way to live with this and find some meaning and purpose. I don't think I will ever get rid of the depression but I think I can change slowly over time.

Remeron 30mg for sleep
Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back
