I don't know how Dr. Awesomesauce does it, but he can take extensive notes without EVER making me feel that the notes are more important than what I have to say. He does them on the laptop and never takes his eyes off me while we're talking. As a result, he knows me almost as well as anyone on the planet---knows all my little quirks and foibles, and he remembers everything. Even things I said months ago that I myself have forgotten. He's amazing.
