Well, I had to google her to get her full name and telephone number before I called to make enquiries, and I think I got it on her LinkedIn page which outlined her modalities and ethos around therapy. It didn't even cross my mine that googling could be considered a breach of the T's privacy until I read it here on PC that some Ts do feel this way. Was struck by slight guilt for a while but then thought hang on a sec, the internet is public! I google and research methodically all doctors/ clinics for my physical health, so of course I'm going to check out my mental health practitioner. When she emails me back her Facebook photo pops up beside the email, so she must not be hugely bothered by the idea of having an online presence, or she'd lock her stuff down. I imagine she is quite savvy about the whole internet thing, she's young.
