Hey there girly I take it and had the same problems. Chalky tasting Oh yum couldn't wait for the next dose I figured out an easier way for me. I hope this doesn't gross you out, but it works for me. I swallow so my mouth is dry (No saliva) then I put the tablet in the back of my throat and get a big glass of something flavored and swallow it down. I have the problem of the taste staying in my mouth too, but with drinking a flavored water or beverage it throws off the taste. Hope this helps
