I admittedly hv to say I am depressed, and not in a good place in life right now in a number of ways. However it has been that way for over a year, and in making efforts at change and hv no where to go but up. So I haven't changed my dosage this long, thought why not try to quit. Also moved to NY recently and am unemployed with no $ or health insurance or doc currently, And will be running out of the Prozac today. So that is another reason

10mg of Prozac may be doing you more harm than good, stuck on a dose that's to low for you is has bad not being on it , you should have moved up to 20 mg long ago

also your on 1and a half mg of Xanax a day which you could be tolerant to, if you had been on the right dose of Prozac you may not have needed the Xanax now.
