That means she has a Master's in some field and her licensure is as a "Licensed Mental Health Counselor." Do you know what her Master's degree is in? Maybe it is Psychology. That is a common combination of degree and licensure. Master's in Social Work is MSW and their licensure is LMSW, I think, so it sounds like she is not a social worker. ECHOES, for the record, my T has only a Master's in Psychology and is fantastic.

She was easy to talk to. Calm, secure, and really wanted to talk with me! I think I like her a lot. She ws accepting and non-judgemental. I think I could feel comfortable there.
