Hey PC,

I've just been diagnosed with BPD and I'm starting work today during my break from school. I'm pretty nervous about working again since I tend to dislike being around others and I feel like everyone (customers and coworkers) hate me.

Does anyone else work retail and have bpd? What do you do when you feel paranoid or triggered?

Lately I've been angry around the general public because of the paranoia and so I'm afraid I'll either cry or get really pissy with someone!!

Btw, I've just started taking abilify and lamictral but it's only been 3 days.
