One of my pdocs is almost always late, and depending on my state I may only be in with him for 15 minutes but if I am having a hard time he is happy to see me for longer (longest I think was 45 minutes)

My other pdoc/T is always ON time, and we never finish any later than we are supposed to. I think I went over by 5 minutes last ap cos they were admitting me but that is the only time it has happened.
