If I go without my med for just one night I get terrible paranoia But thanks for the suggestions. I am managing to get there on my own, but not with him. It is kinda frustrating. It makes me cry and get emotional which I hate. Probably too much pressure on myself. Husband has low sex drive so it's hard to plan anything anyway.
