Both of these things I had REALLY had. Now I use "self talk". I talk myself through the situation and make myself by quiet and not say "anything" at all out of near that of I get started I might fuk up. I still occasionally laugh at things that are inappropriately not funny. Then I quickly clean it up as if I did not hear it correctly.
