I have been to the dissociative/ trauma disorders inpatient program in Belmont, MA. It is definitely the best and most helpful place that I have been.
As far as the cost, it is according to whether you have insurance that they accept. If you are going to pay out of pocket then I would say that yes it is very expensive. They do also accept medicare and MA medicaid as well as many others.
