I wasn't sure where to post this...so I just picked my illness forum. Anyway, after a couple bouts with panic attacks and an episode of SI last night, my therapist sent me to the hospital. I've been here all day but now about to finally go up to the unit. I hope this helps. I need something to help. Just send good vibes please. See you all in a couple days.
