Have you looked into Coursera, IT?

Many well-known universities around the world offer free online courses that are often equivalent to what they would teach at the university. You get graded, do work, many of them offer free study and reference materials [so you don't have to buy a text] and a lot of them also offer certificates of completion.

It's something to look into if you want to learn more or do something productive while you are figuring out what else to do. I just started a logic course, myself.
