When I took Zoloft, the horrible nausea subsided in a little after a week. I started taking Lexapro and the only thing I have noticed so far is that I've been dizzy when standing up or from bending over, but it subsided after a week, until I raised the dose. I would give it a couple more days, then maybe call the dr.
