one thing to know about self esteem is that it is flexible. it can go up or down at a moments notice. run over the family dog and it is going to be in the toilet but score the winning touch down for the football team and it is going to sky rocket. anything can impact your self esteem. what you want to do is do things that make you feel good. this is going to make your self esteem go up. make healthy choices in your life will make you feel good about yourself and increase your self esteem, doing things that make you happy will increase your self esteem. how many positive choices can you make? the more you make the better your self esteem is going to be. take care
