I finally found a med that I like to relieve anxiety and help me sleep - Visteral 100mg. I had used 50mg before and it did not do anything for me but with 100mg I always sleep 6-8hrs and have much less nightmares! I also take 100mg for anxiety episodes and it relieves it well without drowsiness!! (Weird, helps me sleep without drowsiness???)

I'm sorry I can not tell you about it's sexual side effects, if any, I do not have a partner to keep happy and I, myself, rarely ever get the urge for sex!
