i freak out usually. i freak out when my voices talk to me. but i take my meds anyway. thats all i know to do. i know they quiet down when i take them but when i take them i gotta wait for the meds to work. and the waiting is the hardest part because they are still loud when its kicking in. i try to distract myself while im waiting. i know its hard but if the meds work i would take them.
