There are very specific things that I have down after many years [piano, typing, systematic things], others that I have just recently learned to do [cooking and laundry and navigating public transportation and crowds].
But I can relate pretty well to the above paragraph which really confused a lot of people until the last decade or so, in my personal experience.

So again, it's about a whole package.
