Hi guys!

My project has three customers and none of them are happy. Even if they were happy, they aren't paying enough to cover the full costs. My boss says it is an "investment in the future", but I don't think we're going to make it to that future.

I'm just a technician. Making a profit from my work is the boss's job. Which he doesn't at present seem to be doing.
