I know how hard this is for you but explaining the drawing or even doing the drawings might be emotional but you are in a safe environment when you are discussing them and you have someone else with you to help you deal with the emotions this time. It will not be the same as when it happened. You do not need to make the journey alone this time you will have T and a whole lot of people here with you when you are saying the scary stuff.
