Yeah, that's me. The mainstay of my day. Of course I do incorporate some healthy food during the day....I'm a vegetarian, so what I eat is mainly a dish of steamed vegetables or some organic tomato soup and some blueberries and a slice of whole wheat toast. In the morning, a glass of almond milk (30 calories). That's it.
Restricting fills my head. The cigarette keeps the monsters away. The coffee comforts me. Weird way to live......
