Normally when I'm feeling like I'm slowly heading into my crazy zone I try to go read something (usually rereading really good fanfiction or my favorite books) or play a video game. Keeping your mind actively engaged and your hands moving really helps me. If you don't let your body and mind get to the point where it drives you mad, then it helps stop the accumulation of panic.
Thank you I love playing video games and reading fanfiction. I will definitely remember that. Just bought Skyrim and bioshock infinite. They were both together for $29
