giving the heads up...

the last few days to a week I kept getting a google chrome malware warning every time I tried to go to my profile. I never had that happen before. I did my normal deleting cookies, cache, cleaning desk top, ran virus /malware/adware protector,deleted chrome and got the updated one...you name it I tried it...

finally the solution turned out to be simple....

click on
google chrome menu
settings
advance settings
uncheck phishing and malware protection

psych central profile is now accessible.

the malware warning being sent out is a false warning according to google chrome that gets activated when profiles /profile messages /....contain certain key words, questions and avatar pictures and sometimes photoshopped/self made pictures.
